What You’ll Do:

– Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Analyze data and assess program success.  

– Present Insightful Data: Create presentations with meaningful insights.  

– Develop Mentorship Programs: Help implement transformative student mentor programs.  

– Manage Intervention Programs: Design instructional programs tailored to student needs.  

– Conduct Student Interviews: Engage with students to identify their mentoring requirements.  

– And much more!

What We’re Looking For: 

– A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education (with a major in Guidance Counseling), or a related field.

– A licensed guidance counselor or working towards licensure.  

– Previous experience in guidance counseling or as a Guidance Counselor Assistant is a plus.  

Key Skills:  

– Proficiency in data analysis and strong communication skills.  

– Exceptional organizational abilities and a collaborative spirit.
