This has become one of the historical events of PTHI as it marks another beginning of progress, unity and growth. A significant milestone that was made possible by our incumbent Board of Trustees for their unconditional dedication and hard work. Furthermore, we were overwhelmed by the support and presence of our past leaders and special guests that led our school to what it is today. Lastly, we would like to thank Mayor Mark Don Victor B. Alcala for gracing this event.
